What does the treatment entail?
Just like with the dermaroller treatment Dr Ameh will first apply a numbing cream to ensure you are comfortable and pain-free. She will then draw some of your blood from a vein and treat it to obtain the platelet rich plasma. She will then use a roller device to create multiple micro channels on the area to be treated before applying the plasma to the area.
When can I see the results?
Results can be seen in 3 weeks but improvement continues over months.
How many treatments are needed?
Recommended treatment protocol is 3 treatments, 4 weeks apart
