The Thriving woman’s course is a dedicated programme that covers all areas of perimenopause and menopause.

It comprises of 6 hourly 1-2-1 coaching sessions done either weekly or biweekly that covers different areas of this stage in your life. This course offers you practical advice and solutions as to how you are feeling and why you are feeling this way, and what you can do to make changes.

This is a programme to give you back control of your life, emotions, and body and help to increase your understanding of this stage of your life.

The goal is to help you thrive through this period of your life and come through it stronger, fitter, healthier, and more in control than before.

You will also receive PDF documents each week full of information regarding lifestyle advice that has been handpicked to help you can use as you go through the change.

You will also receive a follow-up email once a week to discuss any further issues that you may have.
