What is wellness? It is a term that can be used to describe so many different things. Generally it means ‘the state of being in good health’  Health has so many different aspects as well. There is physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health ( there is also financial health) So our wellness has definitely been affected by the pandemic.

Studies have shown that over 90% of deaths from COVID 19 had other comorbidities. They also show that people from BAME backgrounds are more at risk.

This is not a time to develop a chronic illness. There is no better time to be a healthier you that today.
